Our flagship 4‑day course, delivered either online or in person, takes a person‑centred, tailored approach that empowers individuals to move into sustainable employment, education, or training. The Role

This is a dynamic, hands‑on role that involves:

  • Delivering the 4‑day Lifeworks programme across the UK (online and in person)

  • Travelling nationwide and regularly staying away from home for up to 4 nights during programme delivery

  • Providing 12 months of follow‑up support to each participant, ensuring they gain and maintain employment

  • Building trusted relationships with veterans and families, offering guidance, motivation, and practical employability support

  • Developing and delivering a new suite of online employability workshops to expand the Lifeworks offer

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, partners, and employers to create meaningful opportunities for participants

About You

  • A confident facilitator with experience delivering training, coaching, or employability support

  • Passionate about supporting the Armed Forces community

  • Comfortable travelling and working away from home

  • Skilled at building rapport and supporting individuals with diverse needs

  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage a varied caseload

  • Creative in designing engaging workshops and learning content

Experience working with veterans, families, or within employability services is beneficial but not essential — what matters most is your commitment to making a difference.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to directly transform the lives of veterans and their families

  • A supportive, mission‑driven team

  • Training and development opportunities

  • A role with variety, purpose, and national impact
